HOPE Community Outreach Ministries, Inc. was started in December 2020 to meet the needs of local working families who are struggling to make ends meet. HOPE Community Outreach Ministries, Inc. works in partnership with local community organizations to provide different ways to fill in the gaps for low-income and rural families in North Carolina and Louisiana.
